Job Title: Delivery Lead   

Corporate Title: Vice President

Location: Bromley          

Role Description:

The Robotics Delivery Lead will lead a team of developers and analysts in the delivery of Robotics Process Automation solutions.  Primary responsibilities include: working with LOB Business partners to prioritize solutions and resolve risks and issues, organizing developer and analyst delivery via the agile methodology, assisting with the design of new Robotics solutions.

Team:

The Process Automation team is global, and organized by regional scrum teams.  We leverage the Agile methodology to deliver Robotics and other automation solutions.  Our developers and technical analysts partner with operations Business Analysts and Change Managers to deliver dozens of solutions each quarter.

Core Skills:

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of financial services experience.
  • PMP or other project management certification.
  • Scrum Master certification, a plus
  • Agile project and program delivery experience.
  • Strong problem solving mindset with a foundation of application development and technical simplification.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML automation tools, a plus.
  • Foundational technical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
