Business Support Manager – Commercialization

Job Description:

The GBAM Commercialization Manager is responsible for the management of the end to end

commercialization lifecycle and launch plan to take a wide array of new / modified products to market.  This

role heavily partners across all areas of merchant, product, pricing, contracts, operations, sales, external

partners, to ensure a comprehensive and seamless launch for our clients and sales partners. 

* Develop commercialization launch plan based on initial assessment and feedback from partners

* Execute launch plan via collaboration and standing meetings ensuring the partner checklists are aligning to the

completion date for launch

* Partner with segment commercialization to develop new sales collateral, training materials and client facing

message framework

* Providing updates to leadership and sales teams on launch progress, risks & issues

* Facilitate final sign off and produce launch notification for merchant organization 

* Execute training sessions for sales teams ensuring client talking points and materials are understood

* Continuously assessing and modifying the end to end commercialization process to identify efficiencies

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* 5+ years of merchant services industry/product knowledge

* Commercialization / go to market experience with a heavy client and sales focus

* Strong written & verbal communication skills

* Strong relationship & collaboration skills

DESIRED SKILLS 

* Knowledge of FISERV product set
