Global Corporate and Investment Banking Campus Recruiter / Business Support Analyst - Talent Acquisition Consultant I

The individual will be a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) Campus Recruiting Team and will manage the campus recruiting process for the Analyst and Associate programs within GCIB. This will be a dual role in campus recruiting and business support for the GCIB campus team. 

Recruiting responsibilities:

  • Consult and coordinate with Line of Business Leaders, Staffing Manager and HR Manager throughout the recruiting season to plan a successful recruiting strategies across GCIB for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs
  • Ensure appropriate line of business participation at all campus and in-house events
  • Manage the entire Full-Time and Summer Intern interview process. This includes securing interviewers, coordinating all Super Day logistics, and facilitating debrief meetings to determine offers
  • High touch approach with candidates at all stages of the process, i.e. from application through the summer program and to full time conversion.
  • Liaise with candidates regarding interview logistics, offer details, and the hiring process for both Full-Time and Summer Intern programs
  • Determine and implement sell strategies for candidates with offers
  • Ensure diversity is a top priority, and work with several diversity organizations, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates. Partner with Diversity Team on key diversity initiatives and events
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing all aspects of the Summer Intern Program
  • Identify mentors and oversee mentor program throughout the summer program
  • Manage summer interns during their 10 week internship. This includes event planning, office hours, performance review process, and full time conversion

Business Support Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead in managing and tracking intern and fulltime global headcount for GCIB
  • Serve as the lead in managing and tracking executive referrals for the GCIB team
  • Responsible for GCIB undergrad and grad reporting and analysis
  • Craft executive ready materials for business leaders, key stakeholders and HR business partners across GCIB
  • Budget and event coordination
  • Facilitate the onboarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers, Business Support Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators
  • Partner closely with Global Banking and Markets Campus Business Support Manager on adhoc projects
  • This position will be located in New York City

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management; managing end to end processes in a complex organization
  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - MS Excel - worked with pivots, look-ups, charts, etc. PowerPoint - created executive ready decks
  • Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting the results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner
  • Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to explain results of complex analysis at a level that resonates across many different audiences
  • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
  • Self-motivation, superior sense of urgency, and ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
  • Thoughtful and demonstrates good judgment; strong decision-making skills; ethical
  • Unquestionable business and personal integrity, and values congruent with those of the organization  
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel when required (travel up to 20%; could be more during peak seasons)

Desired Skills

  • Should have client management experience, with the ability to influence internal clients & stakeholders and provide consultative services
  • Previous campus recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience working with financial services a plus
