Consumer Vehicle Lending Product Consultant

Job Description:

The Consumer Vehicle Lending Product Consultant is responsible for

supporting CVL Product Managers with large scale initiative execution

and implementation, adhoc reporting, analysis, and research as a CVL

Product subject matter expert

Uses data and expertise to identify areas of opportunity both tactical and

strategic to optimize sales performance and client experience, and builds

and tells the story to product leadership

Supports offers development and execution, including analysis and

reporting

Supports product managers with initiative execution related to CVL

Growth Plan

Continuously gathers stakeholder feedback to gain thorough

understanding of product gaps and development needs in support of

business goals

This role routinely partners with key partners and stakeholders including

other product managers, sales, finance, marketing, channel, risk, legal

etc.

*Required Skills: “Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Must be able to concisely summarize key observations, clearly articulate considerations, propose solutions • Effective at working across multiple partner teams to execute initiatives and manage change. Strong ability to influence others to drive execution or approval of strategic recommendations Ability to handle ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances • Adept at managing day-to-day details to ensure risk is minimized and client experience and P&L are optimized • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Self-motivated and proactively seeks to learn more on the competitive landscape, growth trends, and applicability to Vehicle Lending • Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently • Process oriented, looks for ways to continuously improve efficiency and reduce risk Proficient with PC applications including Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word) Organizational and problem resolution skills Desired Skills: Project management experience Product experience including P & L, product lifecycle Strong vehicle lending product knowledge
