Business Support Manger (Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations)

Job Description:

This role supports Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations (MVSO) and requires collaboration across the business including engagement of senior leaders.  A strong background in communications (written and verbal) with the ability to interpret data is required.

This person will provide dedicated support for the MVSO Centralized Control Tower function including but not limited to tracking and reporting on FLU control tower deliverables, managing report requests, consolidation of information, creation of business presentations, performance monitoring and activity reporting.

  • BSM will partner closely with the MVSO Centralized Control Tower Leader and dedicated FLU control tower contacts to provide an overall view into performance across MVSO.
  • A professional and creative out-of-the box mindset on engaging employees through various communication channels is welcomed.
  • BSM will also handle routine business support requests (deliverables, administrative requests, mgmt routines. etc) and there will be opportunities to work on special projects and initiatives as these come available.
  • This candidate will also need to know to to gather, manipulate, and interpret data to create reporting that makes an impact and tell the story to key business partners and stakeholders.

Writing and visual presentation / reporting samples will be required.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in leadership, business support or business controls activities

- Senior executive messaging and presentation skills

- Strong executive presence (verbally and in writing)

- Ability to provide creative solutions within limited traditional channels of delivery

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high visibility

- Proven ability to manage competing needs and drive to quality despite changing priorities and tight deadlines

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Works well independently

- Microsoft Office expertise including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel reporting expertise

- Influencing and relationship management

- Drives collaboration and teamwork
