Risk QA Analyst Payments Technology

Job Description:

Position Summary

This role will support the Payments & Merchant Technology team, within the Client Facing and Operations Technology (CFOT) organization. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
•-Performing control gap assessments and testing governance routines (to policies and standards) across the Payments & Merchant Technology application portfolio
•-Reporting to senior leadership on assessment findings and remediation plans
•-Working in partnership with Risk team and Technology teams on control gap solutions (including sustainability) and ensuring proper evidence/artifacts are gathered to ensure remediation
•-Helping to document risks (JDIs or SIAIs) where applicable

Required Skills

•-3+ years of Audit/Issue Management experience
•-Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification or combination of professional experience
•-Strong communication and meeting/workgroup facilitation skills, willing to present on large Risk forums
•-Highly organized and self-motivated, willingness to dig in to drive results
•-Independent learner who is fearless in taking on new challenges and challenge status quo
•-Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
•-Competency with Microsoft Office:  Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
•-Experience with reporting on Key Risk Indicators

Desired Skills

•-Information Technology degree and/or technical background/work experience
•-PMP Certified
•-Prior Bank of America experience
