Process Design Consultant

Job Description:

Position Summary

The Process Design Consultant is responsible for supporting transformation and enabling critical programs that drive high-impact process improvement across Enterprise Application Governance. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate Application Governance routines and identify/implement process improvements.  Provides project management support to vertical and horizontal transformation opportunities.  Maintains a continuous improvement mindset by enhancing process management skills & capabilities.

Required Skills

•-Familiarity with Application Governance processes and deliverables
•-Strong Communication skills
•-Compliance and Regulatory knowledge
•-Relationship Management
•-Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization
•-Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
•-Strong Meeting Facilitation and Presentation skills
•-Process Design – process mapping and evaluation
 

Desired Skills

•-Issues Management experience
•-Project and Change Management experience
•-Proficient in with Microsoft Office Products and Visio
•-Data Analysis skill set
