Payments Governance Analyst

Job Description:

Position Summary

This role will be aligned to Payments & Merchant Services Technology within Client Facing and Operations Technology, helping to support the Governance routines for Payments-tagged applications within CSW&ET.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•-Ensuring all Payments applications are in full compliance with all compliance deliverables based on Payments standard
•-Assisting with creation of at least annual review process of all CSWT applications for applicability to Payments-tagged applications
•-Working in partnership with Technology teams on control gap solutions and ensuring proper evidence/artifacts are gathered and stored for Audit
•-Working to resolve action plans for active audit issues related to CSWT Payments Governance, if applicable
•-Presenting at various Risk forums to provide updates on risk/audit issue statuses

Required Skills

•-Experience w/ Audit, Issue Management and/or Application Governance
•-Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
•-Strong communication and meeting/workgroup facilitation skills, willing to present on large Risk forums
•-Highly organized and self-motivated, willingness to dig in to drive results
•-Independent learner who is fearless in taking on new challenges and challenge status quo
•-Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
•-Competency with Microsoft Office:  Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
•-Experience with reporting on Key Risk Indicators

Desired Skills

•-Information Technology degree or related work experience
•-Experience in Payments space
•-Prior Bank of America experience
