Treasury F&S Specialist - Implementation - Vendor Enrollment Specialist

Line of Business Role Description

Under general supervision, investigates and resolves a variety of non-routine, sometimes complex, client inquiries and operational problems for assigned corporate accounts. Accounts can include Large Corporate, Commercial or Small Business relationships with a variety of treasury/cash management, depository products and account analysis servicing needs. Works within a framework of standard practices, established procedures, precedents, and company policies to resolve servicing and operational issues.

Responsibilities

Place calls to client selected vendors to validate contact information. Enter vendor and/or client data within designated databases and accurately note vendor contact and acceptance information. Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

•1-2 years of Operations Support and Client Service experience
•Must be detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively
•Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple projects
•Ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer/vendor issues; while working with other senior team members
