Regional Business Development Officer

Wesley Chapel, North Carolina;

Job Description:

A member of the Practice Solutions Team responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts. Proactively and independently research and contact new prospects to successfully solicit new business opportunities.  Supplement direct calling on prospects by developing referrals from business intermediaries (e.g. consultants, attorneys, investment bankers, accountants, and business brokers). They design and implement appropriate sales strategies/programs to carry out their responsibilities and achieve assigned production goals. Interact with Account Reps once new business opportunities and relationships have been identified to ensure the appropriate fulfillment and management of these relationships.

Requires a minimum of two years of sales experience with a good working knowledge of consumer or commercial credit and lending issues; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Proficient with PC applications including Microsoft office (Excel and Word); Ability to develop proficiency with other PC applications; Self-motivated
