Digital Content Specialist

Pennington, New Jersey;

Job Description:

Candidate will support the Digital Wealth, Investments and Retirement Delivery content management team to play a critical role in supporting Agile systems and coordinating integration with technology architecture.

Responsibilities Include:

Content integration with technology:

-  Ensure business requirements are met for content management

-  Ensure implementation is low risk, sustainable, and extendible for future needs

-  Content-map creation, either own or assign out and supervise other CMT members

Agile management:        

-  Backlog management on Scrum board

-  Epic-creation coordination with Shared Services release train to meet MRA2 requirements

-  Sprint planning with technology and business

-  Organize CMT participation in PI Planning

-  Assign and groom stories with CMT members

-  Develop analytics to gauge efficiency and identify roadblocks

Agile best practices:

-  Meetings with Agile leaders/participants

-  Promotion/implementation with CMT members

Release support:

-  Ensure Story completion to support tech releases

-  Defect-remediation

CRQ support:

-  Manage CRQ creation and administration for BAU production work

-  Standard CRQ for Green changes and Normal CRQ for Yellow changes (in progress)

-  Look for synergies with Scrum support

Required Skills:

• 3+ years working in Agile development, preferably with some Scrummaster experience

• 1+ plus years proven strong project management experience

• 1+ years HTML markup and experience with Content Management System

• Ability to establish strong relationships and build consensus with key business partners.

• Ability to work with technology and business partners, and often play a connective role between each.

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple deliverables

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Team oriented with ability work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision

Desired Skills:

• Agile certification

• HTML

• Understanding of the Digital ADA landscape

• Undergraduate Degree
