Direct Lending Loan Officer - Las Vegas

Job Description:

Associate is responsible for handling auto loan requests via the telephone. Ensures exceptional customer service by identifying client need while providing clear and specific next steps. Direct Lending Loan Officers may oversee the loan process from origination to closing. Ensures compliance with all Customer Information Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations by utilizing various authentication tools to avoid fraudulent activity and high risk transactions. Reviews existing customer relationship by using various internal systems when required. Applicant should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to quickly identify and disposition scenarios, provide advanced problem resolution, and may apply sophisticated sales techniques. Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response. Interacts with both internal and external customers. Identify and engage internal bank partners as necessary on collaborative solutions. Uses computerized system for tracking information gathering and follow up of assigned customers. May provide technical/sales training to associates.
 
Monday-Friday 7AM – 8PM, weekends may be required. Receive a weekday off when working weekends. Schedule is a 40 hour week job but flexibility in scheduling will be necessary.

Required Skills:

  • 1 year of Sales experience or Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • General computer skills. 

  • Strong typing skills

Desired Skilled:

  • Bank related automotive financing

  • Call Center Experience
