Treasury Sales Associate I

Job Description:

The Treasury Solutions Analyst role will be partnered with Treasury Sales Officer(s) (TSO) focused on developing strategies to grow revenue domestically and globally with a portfolio of HENFP clients in the West Region.  Key accountabilities include: independent focus of treasury sales opportunities, supporting all activities from sale through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, overall driving and attainment of Treasury revenue goals.
To be successful in the role, TSA’s must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  •  Develop strategies to grow revenue and increase treasury product penetration
  •  Complete price/cost benefit analysis models; work with TSO for non-standard pricing
  •  Support TSO on large scale opportunities and deepen relationships at lower half of portfolio with guidance from TSO; includes in person calling on clients. 
  •  Assist TSOs in relationship planning, gathering information regarding clients and prospects
  •  Support activities in coordination with IA from sale - implementation, onboarding and training
  • Complete industry research on clients and prospects; client opportunity analysis
  •  Ensure escalated service issues are properly managed with the right resources
  •  Prepare analysis and presentation materials for all client meetings
  •  Complete card agreements and gather documentation from various areas of the bank in order to submit for implementation
