The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for managing and aggressively growing treasury revenue across a portfolio of fortune 500 global companies within the Large Corporate Consumer Products and Retail Industry clients.  He or she will partner with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, Foreign Exchange, product specialists and service partners presenting customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives. 

•  Focus on growth of new client relationships and expansion of existing relationships by identifying and cross selling our global treasury solutions while building a strong sales pipeline.
•  Accountable for responsible revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery within the confines of a dedicated client portfolio.
•  Maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services  
•  Will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and appropriate financial acumen
   The TSO must also be motivated to maintain a consistent level of goal achievement and be willing to challenge themselves with performance metrics
•  Lead, coach, develop Treasury Sales Analyst in day to day support of client deliverable


    The TSO will be a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital and real time payments adoption. Manage and lead strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning. Maintain regular client interactions with on-site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables and client events

Seeking treasury innovators and solutions architects with strong treasury consulting experience
•         Successful history of direct and comprehensive treasury management sales experience (including but not limited to liquidity strategies, foreign exchange, trade, payables, and card)
•         Proven business development and relationship management skills with a corporate client set
•         Strong business/financial acumen to align to core Key Performance Indicators within our clients global treasury operations ecosystems
•         Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts
•         Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction
•         Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank
•         Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a close team member in a fast paced environment
•         Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends
•         Strong Executive presence both internally/externally with ability to lead C- suite meetings
•         Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, treasury, and/or finance
•         Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
•         B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree
