Officer, Treasury Implementation Advisor

Job Description:

Your background

  • A good understanding on account opening process and client documentation requirements, including KYC documents.
  • At least 2-5 years’ working experience in client services, implementation, product management, project management and/or operations.
  • Knowledge on corporate banking products, web-based electronic banking platforms and H2H solution. A good understanding of in-country banking systems, account and liquidity structures as well as payment delivery systems.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Well written and oral English.

  • Working with our varied multi-national corporate client, you will help to on-board and implement our cash management and treasury services, building solid relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.
  • With exposure to a variety of financial products, internal exposure to business and support stakeholders throughout the onboarding process. We can offer excellent development and represent the ideal mobility opportunity.

What you will do

  • Ensure that account onboarding are delivered in accordance to using the Asia Implementation procedures as guidelines.
  • To verify clients’ onboarding documents including KYC and other account related documents to ensure the accuracy and maintain the high level of operational risk controls.
  • To verify client profile setup in various internal systems and external regulatory systems and maintain the high level of operational risk controls.
  • Facilitate the establishment of connectivity with business partners whenever needed.
  • To provide quality services to business partners and clients by addressing all documents/on boarding enquires and requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure all internal reporting and matrixes are adhere to the onboarding/implementation governance.
  • To cooperate with project team to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, ideation and time management skills.
  • Attending conference calls before/after office hours may be required
