VP- Product Manager - Mobile, CashPro App

The success of Bank of America and Global Transaction Services (GTS) is dependent on the continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro® is Bank of America's flagship GTS platform for businesses, supporting 35k clients and 500k+ users across 175 countries, ranging from business banking to commercial to large, global corporates. The CashPro product organization, part of the larger Global Transaction Services (GTS) division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all services (Core Treasury and beyond) accessible via CashPro's multiple channels – online, mobile, file to file, and API.

This Vice President level role will be a member of the wider Mobile product team and will help drive strategic design and delivery of market leading digital capabilities – built in house or through integration of third party solutions – and across an omni channel environment. Success will require a strong partnership with a variety of teams within and outside of Global Transaction Services.

CashPro App:

The product you will help manage has seen constant growth since its launch, highlights:

  •    CashPro App Active Users increased 57% and sign ins increased 39% (rolling 12 months), surpassing 1 million sign-ins in the past year
  •    CashPro App Payment Approvals value of ~$250 billion, with volumes increasing 54% (rolling 12 months)
  •   Number of checks deposited via CashPro App increased 88% and dollar volume increased 89% (rolling 12 months)

This space continues to see investment and client interest with much runway ahead. We are also under competitive pressures and high client expectations. We must continue our trajectory and are looking to expand our team to meet these market needs. We must continue to innovate and drive the best experience in the market for our users.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead commercialization campaigns to increase adoption

• Liaise with technology teams and Product Owners to turn strategic vision into deliverable requirements

• Act as SME for Sales partners

• Drive client community groups as part of larger feedback routines to understand the client’s needs

• Work with the product team to create a clear direction and strategic vision for the CashPro App

• Own or assist in every part of the development release cycle

• Increase client engagement and produce external education materials

• Monitor and track user behavior trends and product metrics

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features with multiple stakeholders

• Lead the discovery of new features and create a user focused experience

• Make prioritization decisions for the product based on qualitative and quantitative data and analysis

Required Skills:

  • Career experience in Mobile/Apps
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in digital (or an equivalent experience)
  • Agile Development experience
  • Tech and Mobile savvy
  • Strong communicator, ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
  • Data and detail-oriented, well organized and action oriented
  • Intellectually curious and comfortable with ambiguity

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of KPIs and Digital Metrics
  • User Research / Focused
  • Experience using JIRA
  • Microsoft Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Understanding of the development process and/or coding experience
  • Understanding of the treasury services market landscape
  • Ability to present deliverables and strategies to executive partners
  • Experience supporting digital delivery from discovery through launch
  • Experience creating content for internal and external education
