Vice President, ESG Program Manager

Your background

  • 5-10 years of experience in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG), preferably in the financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of ESG trends, regulatory changes and environmental and social risk issues and opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and influencing skills and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to present effectively before senior management and to work effectively across multiple levels and types of employees
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other business technologies
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once

Supporting our key stakeholders across all twelve markets in which we operate in Asia Pacific whilst connecting to a larger international and global team, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team to help drive one of the fastest growing and impactful sectors in the Financial Services sector.

What you will do

  • As part of a small team, help lead the firms’ environmental, social and governance efforts in Asia Pacific
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ESG for the firm
  • Build internal stakeholder knowledge of ESG related trends, issues and opportunities
  • Support business partners’ engagement with clients around ESG, provide guidance on ESG related frameworks and KPIs and explore innovative social and green products and services
  • Drive education and awareness around environmental and social risk and the implementation of the firm’s Environmental and Social Risk Policy framework
  • Support enterprise related social and environmental initiatives (employee engagement and reporting)
  • Manage internal and external ESG stakeholders
  • Support ESG communications efforts internally and externally
