Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales officer throughout the sales cycle to support client needs, manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.

  • Partner with sales officers/relationship team/product partners in pre-meeting preparation including business reviews, proposals and other digital pitch books to drive thoughtful consultative conversations with clients and prospects.

  • Analyze reports/dashboards and provide data driven insights to present to clients.

  • Make recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitization of payments / receipts, etc.

  • Assist with client meeting follow-up and other meeting action items 

  • Participate in client meetings wherever required.

  • Assist with price/cost benefit analysis models; work with sales officers for non-standard pricing proposals; validate profitability margins

  • Drive positive YoY improvement in client satisfaction with the sales officer by being proactive, highly responsive, deliver on action items in a timely manner and acting as a client advocate internally.

  • Strong financial & analytical skills

  • Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions

  • A strong team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners

  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  etc)
