Production Services Analyst- Meeting Services Production Deployment Analyst

Job Description:

Meeting Services Production Deployment Analyst is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the RTC audio/video technology platform. Work activities specific to role include:  Incident / Change / Problem Management, Triage / Troubleshooting, Release & Deployment, Operational Readiness, Capacity Management, Application Monitoring, Service Analytics and Reporting and Application Management / Governance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing ITSM change management and governance deliverables
  • Level 1 and level 2 production support activities consisting of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management
  • Coordination of maintenance activities, overseeing change requests, and performing post implementation validation, monitoring jobs, production validation after patching, and coordinating resolution of all incidents
  • Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Actively manages the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan.
  • Analyzes and reports project status and research information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation.
  • Weekly Project Status reporting:  Accomplishments, Upcoming 30-day deliverables, current Issues & Mitigation plans.  Risk to project schedule, funding
  • Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.


 

Required Skills

  • Expertise with ITSM/Remedy
  • Understanding of Change, Incident, and Problem management processes including creation of tickets
  • Proficiency in MS Office product suite with experience using Microsoft Project for Project Plan creation and management
  • Flexible - Individual must has experience working in a high pressure, fast paced 'Global' environment providing daily support to multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys working with multiple Engineering teams to deliver infrastructure / hardware solutions for our Software Technology part
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
