・Proficient in using Excel and other MS applications
・Business level in written and spoken English with Japanese native level fluency
・Background of operations in security industry/market - work experience in financial institution is required.

What you can expect

The Global Markets Operations Japan team is looking for a candidate to provide daily support to the Control/NFRR operations team. Main task includes perform control and non-financial regulatory report function for various products. Control function includes client asset calculation, reconciliations, creation of statement to clients, process risk, etc. Non-financial regulatory report function includes providing transaction volume/position information to various regulators. As the team supports various products, you will be required to interact directly with various line of business. 

What you will do

・Perform reconciliation between our books and records vs external depository.
・Create transaction balance statements to clients.
・Calculate client asset
・Create/submit Non financial regulatory reports
・Perform Security Administration function
・Work with various line of business for reconciliation breaks, issues, etc.
