Centralized Lending Sales Manager - Chandler, AZ

Job Description:

The CS Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Centralized Sales & Online Lending Officers. You’ll recruit, train, coach and develop an outstanding sales team and foster internal business partner relationships to ensure positive customer experience from the time of application to loan closing. Sales Managers must maintain a thorough knowledge of lending policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and consistently demonstrate a commitment to quality and professional ethics. Associates in this role typically have 3-5 years of mortgage and/or leadership experience.

This position may be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. If your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.

Required Skills: Must have these skills to be minimally qualified

  • Three to five years leadership experience
  • Two+ years purchase mortgage originations background
  • Highly effective at managing multiple priorities
  • Two+ years sales call center experience
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and programs

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Demonstrated strong coaching skills that drive optimal performance to team
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Previous Management Experience in a high volume call center
