Job description
This Treasury Sales Associate is responsible for managing day to day operations of the Treasury Sales Associate functions, with a focus on: • Conducting Treasury Management reviews • Demonstrating the capabilities of CashPro to new prospects and existing clients • Conferring with TSO, Client Manager, and/or Product Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation • Taking a lead role in the coordination of complex RFP processes together with the TSO/Client Manager (CM) • Routing customer requests to the appropriate TSO/CM for further analysis • Preparing presentation documents and assisting in relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan as needed • Identify broad treasury opportunities for the team, attain treasury calling goals and consistently understand and manage all complex deals successfully

Required Skills

•    1-3 years of work experience in the treasury management field
•    B.S. or B.A. degree
•    Strong and demonstrated client facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients and business partners over the phone/virtually and in-person
•    Working knowledge of Bank of America operating platforms (IMPACS, Interact, Navigator, GFO)
•    Working knowledge of GTS products, capabilities and applicability to various client segments
•    Understanding of Risk Framework; Proficient in identifying and managing appropriate risk
•    Ability to establish strong relationships with clients to develop new revenue opportunities
