Process Overview*

The FAKC (Finance and Accounting Knowledge Center) was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support and Supply Chain Management.

Job Description*

Individual would be a procurement professional. The individual is expected to work on highly complex statements of work, master agreements, amendments and addendums.Individual will work on individual deals. Individual will perform as a contributing member in the Sourcing team in any of the sub groups and  drive compliance to Procurement standards, reduce complexities and highlight opportunities to negotiate with the vendors

Responsibilities*

Procurement professional with deep subject matter expertise; Expected to draft, review and work on highly complex statements of work, master agreements, amendments and addendums; Indiviual is responsible for the timely delivery of all tasks assigned ; Adds value to the transactions assigned him ; Resolves or escalates issues to appropriate stakeholders ; Interaction with senior Line of Business and other business partners.

Working knowledge with documents such as: Statements of Work, Master Agreements, Amendments, Addendums, Change Orders, Non-disclosure Agreements and other similar legal instruments; Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office, Ariba or other applications supporting Procurement Operations; Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Flexibility to deal with multiple concurrent issues and tasks - ability to self manage and prioritize
