PMO Consultant - Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Ops Transformation

Job Description:

This role is in support of Transformation for Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations (MVSO) organization.

Contributes to programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Assesses the adoption risk associated with the change effort. Identifies, develops and executes strategies and supporting tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to make needed behavioral changes. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Experience with BAC Change and Project Management tools and processes. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 1-3 plus years of project or program management support experience.

Responsibilities:

       Supports multiple project teams to that drive critical change initiatives

       Integrates knowledge of Change Management requirements and practices into Program Management planning, reporting and decisioning.

       Working independently, using process excellence expertise and proven demonstration of strategic thinking and tactical planning with an ability to turn complex ideas into well-structured processes.

       Assessing the adoption risk associated with the change effort.

       Communicating risks and rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders in business-oriented terms and ensure all controls are in place to sustain risk mitigation.

       Identifying, developing and executing strategies and tactics to engage and influence all stakeholders to support changes.

       Developing concise and succinct presentations that will influence dialogue at all executive levels including the expertise in knowing the fine balance between detailed and high-level messages.

Requires:

·       Skillful communication abilities to ask the right questions, using tools and visual materials, to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.

·       Ability to develop strong partnerships and relationships including full coordination with business partners; Fully accountable for engaging the appropriate partners to drive the work and deliver against expected outcomes.

·       Must be able to work within compressed deadlines driving planning and execution of deliverables in support of project teams

Required Skills:

·       Must be able to translate business plans/policies into specific goals, tactics and action plans

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills

·       Presentation experience with various LOB partners

·       Strong business and financial acumen (Mortgage Products/Mortgage Servicing Background a plus)

·       Experience with project management support or related experience

Desired Skills:

·       Ability to work in Jira & PPRT & PMMT

·       Understanding of Enterprise Change Management Compliance Standards

·       College Degree

·       Both Waterfall and Agile Exposure/Experience Preferred

·       Experience with BAC Change and Project Management practices is preferred
