Data Management Platform Program Manager

Job Description:

Program Manager - Data Management Platform (DMP) and Journey Orchestration

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the digital marketing organization on leveraging the DMP, AEP or other Mar Tech products to meet strategy objectives
  • Support the development of customer journeys through the AEP tool, with a primary focus on digital touch points
  • Identify opportunities to scale data sources, including 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party data to enhance audience effectiveness
  • Generate insights to drive DMP strategy across products and channels
  • Regularly review and understand campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy and channel opportunities in owned and third party channels
  • Support executive digital reporting package and other consolidated insight views required for day to day management of the onsite channels
  • Direct interface with senior executive leadership in channel, product/program management and segment teams
  • Field requests from senior management across the marketing organization for performance insights in digital
  • Formulate explanations based on available data and informed business inferences to drive critical business decisions in the digital space
  • Develop relationships and drive adoption of the DMP and AEP through evangelizing and proving value

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Ability to work in matrix environment, serving individual or team contributor, as well as leading projects and initiatives
  • Adobe Analytics Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) Adobe Photoshop knowledge and experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) a plus
  • Developing knowledge of AI/ML platforms (Persado)
  • Understanding of Offers Management and system dependencies
  • Analytics and reporting experience with bank systems (ODIN, Core Metrics, Business Events, Micro-strategy, Celebrus platforms) 
  • Tag manager experience with Tealium
  • Knowledge of the latest development of cookies and fast-approaching cookie-less world, and impact on ad-serving strategies 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
