BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.

Process Overview

Bank of America CARD Information system (BACARDI) is a card services data mart hosting card and transaction information for Consumer, Small Business, Large Commercial. BACARDI is Authorized Data source and we use DB2, Teradata, Unix and SQL.

Job Description

L3 Prod support personnel having experience in Data stage parallel version in both Dev & maintenance projects with exposure to different SDLC phases such as Requirement Gathering, Designing (HLD/LLD), Coding, Testing and Production Implementation. The resource should have excellent documentation, analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Address the L3 production tickets on time
  • Monitor the batch in case any production issue
  • Communicate to the Downstream users on delays
  • Review the data quality report on all the platforms
  • Address Business and Downstream queries and handle fixes independently
  • Involved in Coding, Unit testing, Component Integration testing , System Integration testing  and implementation
  • Participate/host calls independently with onshore technology teams in requirement gathering meetings and proactively clarify doubts
  • Should be dedicated to learning the existing Application functionality and becoming Subject Matter Experts.
  • Own the task assigned and keep all the stakeholders informed about the status
  • Flexible to work in the US overlap time zone (11 AM to 8 PM), On call support(Shift)

Requirements

  • Education: B. E, B. Tech, MCA
  • Certifications If Any: N/A
  • Experience Range: 4 to 7 years
  • Foundational skills
  • Technology – ETL Datastage, Autosys, DB2, Teradata, Hadoop
  • Should be currently working in Data stage Application Development & able to develop the jobs independently /minimum guidance.
  • Create & update complex SQL queries – DB2, Teradata and Hadoop
  • UNIX knowledge along with scripting
  • Autosys scheduling
  • Good database knowledge
  • Desired skills
  • Big data and Hadoop skills

Work Timings: 11:00 to 20:00 & Rotation  On call support(Weekends)
