Talent Acquisition Consultant I - Executive Recruiter

Job Description:

As an Executive Recruiter you will be an integral part of implementing the strategic vision by creating strategies that identify, target, attract, engage and secure top talent in the marketplace.  As a member of the Executive Recruiting team you will create proactive, high-touch approaches that build strong talent networks and create brand awareness in the external digital community. You will work with the LOB executives to determine talented individuals whose expertise and experiences will influence and support Bank of America’s long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruiting efforts for senior internal and external talent

  • Create an informed, consultative talent strategy based on targeted research, industry/market and candidate data

  • Identify, target, attract, engage and secure top talent in today’s marketplace (inclusive of all industries)

  • Partner with executives and HR partners to determine current and future executive talent acquisition needs

  • Build robust diverse candidate slates

  • Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners

  • Communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the company

  • Work closely with business executives, HR Executive and peers to map target companies organizational structures

  • Develop and negotiate complex competitive offer packages

  • Adhere guide and educate business leaders and partners on Talent Acquisition process and applicable laws

  • Uphold strict confidentiality specific to talent planning, succession planning and organizational design

  • Establish effective executive search methodologies and best practices

  • Follow Talent Acquisition’s hiring process – specific to the supporting LOB, management level and enterprise policies

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years professional level recruiting

  • Experience managing search and selection process for executive level roles

  • Current executive level recruiting experience in the digital industry

  • Strong understanding of current competitive Digital landscape

  • Demonstrated experience understanding executive compensation structures and challenges, including the ability to analyze compensation packages and propose and negotiate appropriately competitive offers

  • Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, leadership

  • Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling

  • Strong client management experience with solid credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services

  • Experience providing fact based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations

  • Use of innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs

  • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented

  • Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables

  • Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations, assimilating complex data into a results-based story and effectively presenting

  • Strong communication (both written and oral) skills

  • Must maintain and exude strong sense of urgency and integrity
