Process Overview*

C&D Exception is a backend claims process which deals with rejected transactions of VISA & Master card. Transaction status and outstanding GLs are identified by the associate and disputes will be processed accordingly.

2. Active involvement as a team member

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Quick learning capabilities

5. Assertive with ability to meet business demands and deadlines

6. Detail oriented, ability to multitask

Responsibilities*

1. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner by processing claims.

2. Investigating and determine the best course of action for the claim.

3. Should have basic understanding of the internal policies, procedures, Visa and Master Card guide lines.

4. Ability to follow logical, analytical approach to researching and problem solving.

Graduation (Any Stream), Post Graduate (Any Stream)

 Certifications If Any – Optional

Experience Range*

 0-2 Years

 Foundational skills*

 Ability to multitask and adapt to change

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools

 Fundamental understanding on Debit Cards

 Good Communication Skills (both written and oral)

 Strong analytical skills

 Detail oriented

 Proven Problem Solving Skills

 Self-motivated and results orientated

 Desired skills:

Previous work experience on any card disputes or servicing process

Experience in US Customer Service or Fraud claims preferred and Good Communication skill both          Written and Verbal
