Job description

  • Support cash management/trade product delivery/sales activities in Taiwan Market client-base that includes Global Multinationals and large Local Corporate Clients.
  • Strong relationships with the organizations within large local corps will be a distinct advantage.
  • Responsible for identifying new global cash management/trade and supply chain opportunities through a combination of market expertise and strong collaboration with existing Global Treasury Services (GTS) Sales Officers and Global Corp & Investment Banking client managers.
  • Be the leader of his/her client portfolio, provide leadership across product partners in Taiwan to drive business and to set strategies for the portfolio and to service existing clients.
  • Lead and participate in business development and sales calls for marketing of Bank of America’s capabilities in Taiwan. Drive a product set which includes treasury management, trade solutions and other GTS related products.
  • Take the lead in prospecting and origination of new logos through generation of new leads, review of product usage/utilization, price reviews (existing products/services) and client calling.
  • Prepare and consolidate country deck and market updates for Taiwan.
  • Facilitate process of new client on-boarding KYC related matters.
  • Lead solution design through pitching to the client, responding to RFP proposal writing and determining the appropriate pricing so as to demonstrate prospective value, deliver a powerful value proposition with clear and compelling reasons to commit to Bank of America.
  • Coordinate with client support and implementation associates / internal business partners to deliver the full range of treasury management products/services as a part of the overall client relationship.
  • Prepare client proposals/presentations and work with business partners to develop customized solutions.

Required Skills

  • MBA or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of Transaction Banking transaction services experience with demonstrated success in business sales environment.
  • Ability to think and act in a quickly and responsibly, working with internal product /support partners across different geographies with global and regional Corporate Banking client teams and the respective product and support stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan market and operating environment is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills, for working with banking partners, alliances and service providers.
  • Excellent analytical, sales, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Extensive Treasury management and Trade Finance product knowledge.
  • Working knowledge in Treasury/cash Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales & service oriented, innovative and disciplinary personality.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English.
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with Bank systems, technology and interfaces will be beneficial.
