What you can expect

Singapore Collateral Operations provide collateral management support for APAC clients and are responsible for moving collateral between our accounts and our brokers.
The Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Collateral Operations team provides full support to all functions for the execution and clearing business for all APAC clients, APAC exchanges and on-shore broker entities and its affiliates. The candidate will be expected to perform various margin functions, making margin calls to counterparties by stated deadlines, assisting client queries, monitor their settlement, provide governance and control around key reconciliations and increase efficiencies by utilizing technology. The process is time sensitive and requires an extreme attention to detail.

What you will do

§ Monitor and ensure margin settlements with ETD, Prime Brokerage and affiliate clients
§ Process and settle cash and non-cash collaterals in an accurate and timely manner
§ Monitor clients’ and affiliates exposure and process margin calls in a timely manner before settlement cut-off
§ Liaise with clients and internal business partners to resolve issues
§ Identify anomalies and ensure complete and timely issue resolution
§ Perform management reporting
§ Participate in technology enhancement initiatives, projects and UATs
§ Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal business partners
§ Handle regulatory and audit requests
