Job Description:

Manages multiple related and interdependent projects and technology change initiatives specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Ability to analyze present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and deciding processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. May or may not manage employees. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.

Overview:

Resource should be able to perform advanced data manipulation and analysis.  Create standardized reporting in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various leadership levels.

5 - 7 years’ experience. Provides end to end data analysis on business strategy and function.  Includes trending analysis, views on data treatments and success analytics for determining future strategy focused on improving operational performance.   This includes data mining, data aggregation, and business planning, program analysis, E2E platform and performance/milestone analytics. Sets policy and standards for Data Management (DM).  Operates routine governance to set priorities for standards compliance.  Tracks compliance to implement standards for the prioritized functions.  Monitor and test controls and data quality measures for validity.  Escalates risk associated with non-compliance to standards with clear options for resolution. Is a source of expertise and is well versed in current industry best practice.
