What you can expect
Japan FICC settlement and client service team provides operational supports to various FICC Sales & Trading desks for institutional clients trading across Japan and global markets.
The team is primarily responsible for settlement, client services and supporting corporate action events.
What you will do
Monitor settlement status to make sure all the transactions are settled on time. Resolution and escalation of any issue to resolve issues in cooperation with sales/trading and other teams in globe to prevent settlement failure.
Timely response to client queries
Liaise with sales/trading for any inquiry and issue to resolve in timely manner
Process handling of corporate actions such as coupon/interest and maturity payment
Cash payment processes upon necessity
Breaks investigation and resolution
