Program Implementation Specialist (GBAM Support)

Job Description:

The Program Implementation Specialist assists the Program Implementation Team with the successful implementation of the requirements of the Global Compliance -- Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Management -- Enterprise Policy (collectively “the Policies”) and the Compliance and Operational Risk Management Program (“CORM”) through partnerships with the Global Compliance & Operational Risk (“GC&OR”) risk officers and Corporate Compliance & Operational Risk (“CCOR”). This role may communicate with and resolve questions and concerns of risk officers related to the Program. This role assists in combining and reporting data from process outputs for the GC&OR Executives for the Front Line Units (“FLU”), Control Functions (“CF”) or Enterprise Areas of Coverage (“EAC”).

The Program Implementation Specialist supports consistent, timely and quality execution of one of more of the following Program elements:
• Risk Governance and Executive Reporting
• Training
• Policy Generation & Management
• Regulatory Inventory/Regulatory Change Management
• Identification and Reporting of Risk & Issues
• Risk Assessments
• Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”)
• Quality Assurance
• Independent Monitoring
• Independent Testing
• Operational Loss Analysis
• Scenario Analysis
• Risk Metrics and Risk Appetite
• Exam and Audit management support

This position will provide Regulatory Inventory and Regulatory Change Management (RIRCM) oversight support for the Global Banking and Markets Compliance and Operational Risk team.

RIRCM duties will include management of the regulatory change pipeline, as well as oversight support of the impact assessment process, and conformance of regulatory changes into the Enterprise Regulatory Inventory. Oversight support activities will include status reports and quality assurance monitoring.

In addition, the role will require adhoc participation and coordination of projects related to the execution of RIRCM program initiatives including governance and escalations reporting.

Required qualifications/skills:

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Project Management skills

  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Knowledge of financial industry, law, rules and regulations
