Software Engineer/Tech Analyst - Salesforce

Job Description:

This Software Engineer/Tech Analyst resides in our Consumer CRM Technology division, and is responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Will ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry, and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns.

For the analyst part, the Engineer will also work very closely with Product Manager, QA and additional Developers to refine and create stories. Take a lead role in product refinement and drive the team in deep conversation on Epic discussion. Help to arrive at the estimation and prioritize as per the business demand. Requires to make necessary update in stories in Jira. Attend PI planning and come up with objectives, dependencies and identify risks. Attend daily standup and all the scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in IT software development and/or analyst enterprise experience
  • Salesforce UI experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Jira, as well as Agile methodology
  • Excellent research and analytic skills
  • In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
