Position Summary

The Application Stability Lead will be responsible to work with teams to improve application stability and resiliency for LSST portfolio as measured by enterprise systems and tools. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining the reporting systems to drive and communicate results to teams, managers and executives.  Strong technology support experience required in either a technical analyst, project management and/or service delivery role. Also, strong data reporting skills are required.  

*       Monitor Incident trends; enforces incident data quality and hosts routines to review metrics. Articulate the results with detail and impact both verbally and in writing to technology management and executives.

•Develop preventative action plans to address reoccurring trends in system related root cause issues, release related changes, and data quality issues in Remedy.

•Enhance application health and stability reporting on LSST portfolio. Build dashboard reporting (i.e. Excel, Access, Tableau) to provide key trend and metric information on app stability to base team, managers and executives.

•Perform analysis on data required to determine trends and opportunities for improvement

•Determine, track and manage changes (by LSST, Other service providers, TI, vendors, etc.) required to improve stability and resiliency of LSST applications.

•Engage with partners in various areas and functions to improve processes and controls related to application stability.

•Lead and contribute to application stability reviews on application domains withing LSST.

•Work to improve enterprise scorecard metrics (i.e. MyCTO Scorecard, Change Right First Time (CRFT)).

•Work to improve data quality on base team reporting, including weekly and monthly incident reporting, weekly release reports, monthly Post Release Report, INC data quality and monthly dashboard reporting.

•Improve data quality of Incidents in Remedy for issues impacting or affecting LSST applications.

•Ensure technology best practices are implemented to improve application stability and resiliency.

•Knowledge of Information Technology System Management, Enterprise Data Management and Change Management Policies, Procedures & Governance

•Reporting & Analytics or Data visualization tools i.e. Tableau, MicroStrategy

•Proven track record in business / data analyst, project management and/or service delivery role (5+ years)

•Ability to manage and deliver on-time multiple projects as needed

•Confident written communication skills along with good organizational, analytical, quantitative, oral are essential for the role

•Ability to develop professional working relationships with teammates as well as executives

•Familiarity with data flow analysis, preferably across client data domains

•Experience with business process design and practical implementation
