VP Operations Mkts Manager

Job Description:

To perform Operational activities in Mexico branch as a manager of the Equities and FICC group. The position will be responsible for the trade processing, confirmation, settlement and reconciliations teams with direct report to the GMOPS Director.

Responsibilities:
•    Responsible to manage the Global Markets Operations group in Mexico office.
•    The person will be the responsible to oversight of the FICC, Equities and Treasure trade processing and settlement routines
•    Coordinates the reconciliation group.
•    Assumes responsibility for follow-up and resolution of problems related to Fails and Breaks.
•    Responsible to interact with custodian and counterparties. 
•    Participate on the weekly LatAm Global Markets Operations senior leadership meeting
•    Responsible for the Front office relationship.
•    Responsible to lead projects from the Operations group.
•    Assist with metrics generations and monitoring.
•    Oversight of Non-financial regulatory reporting.
•    Assists with coordinating audits and exams.
