Job Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience of running contract negotiations/contract and legal knowledge
  • Accuracy and ability to work under pressure
  • Paralegal or technical training on contracts
  • Broad knowledge of and comfort working with complex legal documentation (contracts)
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills. Comfortable representing the bank in communications with associates, clients and internal/external counsel at all levels of management.
  • Negotiation skills - conducts negotiations effectively, balancing competing objectives to achieve optimal results
  • Strong project management and process skills, able to handle full workload with tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop effective and positive client relationships
  • Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing bank risk with client needs and satisfaction
  • Ability to adapt and dynamically prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Blocked Accounts end to end process and risks
  • Knowledge of various legal structures (sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, LLCs, corporations, trusts, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GTS business, products and services
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Pre-Law or Business preferred
