VP - Wealth Management Banking Marketing Product Manager

Job Description:

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing an integrated marketing plan to deliver on business goals, including direct to client programs, advisor practice-level marketing communication tools and resources and wealth management banking specialist support
  • Aligning and socializing marketing strategy, plan and messaging with the Segment team, Merrill Leadership, Private Bank Leadership
  • Manage launch of new offerings, in conjunction with product management, including naming/branding and marketing plan to raise awareness and consideration
  • Ensure “always on” foundations are in place and managed/updated as needed
    • .com ecosystem product page content and branding of products/solutions
    • Curated content library for each solution
  • Recommending channel/ distribution strategy, including appropriate mix of owned digital channels, digital campaigns, direct mail, etc.
  • Measurement and socialization of performance metrics for all direct-to-customer “offer” programs and extracting insights to inform future programs
  • Leveraging data and insights to deliver the most impactful marketing strategy and continuously optimizing the product marketing shelf through research with users and best-in-class learnings outside of our category
  • Assessing budget required and recommend future budget and resource needs
  • Driving outside of the box thinking, bringing innovative approaches and new ideas
  • Managing in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment within tight deadlines
