VP- CashPro Product Manager I

Job Description:

CashPro is Bank of America’s flagship platform for businesses, supporting ~40k clients and 500k+ users across 175 countries. The CashPro Product Team, part of the Global Transaction Services Division, oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies supporting all products accessible via CashPro channels – online, mobile, file, and API.

This CashPro Product Manager role will drive strategic design and delivery of market leading client and user communication capabilities including CashPro Alerts and the CashPro Content Hub.  The CashPro Content Hub supports both CashPro Alerts and other CashPro communication and education platforms.

Core functions and requirements for the CashPro Product Manager role:

  • Lead end to product management of CashPro Alerts and other communication products to ensure offerings meet client needs while differentiating Bank of America in the marketplace.
  • Gather and maintain voice of client feedback to craft strategic direction.
  • Identify and develop new ideas and innovations to provide clients important information about CashPro.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, including strategy definition, funding, and delivery.
  • Develop solutions and functionality to remove adoption barriers and increase client use of products and tools.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to ensure requirements are fully understood and provide direction as needed.
  • Drive operational excellence, promoting and maximizing adoption of CashPro capabilities.
  • Provide strong subject matter expertise in digital banking and channel capabilities.
  • Lead fulfillment, service, reporting and technical teams to drive experience, operational improvements, and manage risk.
  • Partner with other CashPro product managers, GTS partners, and enterprise resources to create and commercialize new product integration and digitization with CashPro.

  • Proficiency in standard office tools and project management systems (JIRA, Confluence a plus)

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management and digital solutions including CashPro.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues.
  • Master’s degree or post undergraduate studies.
