Administrative Assistant III - LATAM Regional Executive for TFSO Servicing, Fulfillment and Operations

Job Description:

This role will support the Support the LATAM Regional Executive for TFSO Servicing, Fulfillment and Operations.

Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience required of providing support at a Senior Level, ideally within the Banking industry.

  • Have strong communication and organization skills.

  • Commitment of quality standards with intelligence and creativity.

  • Proactive style and ability to prioritize, to pre-empt and manage multiple and changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.

  • Capable of working efficiently in a pressured environment.

  • Mature, calm, diplomatic and professional at all times and at all levels.

  • Strong MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.

  • Information gathering and information monitoring skills.

  • Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns.

  • Be able to problem solve and use own initiative Able to confidently interface with senior stakeholders (internal/external).

  • Shows very keen attention to detail.

  • Has a flexible, adaptable ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Willingness to take responsibility.

  • Culturally sensitive to global team

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with Concur Expense Reporting and Travel as well as ARIBA and Fieldglass

  • Preferred- Multi Language-English, Spanish & Portuguese
