Cybersecurity Program Manager Lead - Core Technology Infrastructure

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all strategic Project initiatives with bank resources as well as Cisco EPS (Enterprise Perimeter Security) contractors. 
  • Ensure logistical preparations occur to achieve aggressive schedule targets, annual commitments are met, while incurring zero impact to the bank’s network.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with other technical teams including Data (Router & Switch), Load Balancers, and others. 
  • Work efficiently with peer project managers to eliminate duplication of effort, and motivate RMs, PMs, and customers to build cooperative working environments.
  • Manage our Project Book of Work to plan and facilitate the successful implementation of new secure environments and all specified device needs are addressed prior to risks occurring. 
  • Leverage best practices to review changes, provide approvals, and ensure processes are followed. 
  • Ensure change coordination and change management expectations are met to maintain work funnel for Engineers to execute and deliver accurately and completely, while doing so on-time with no risk to the bank. 
  • Additional duties include weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, administrative tasks, process documentation, MRA compliance, records updates, financial management, and others as defined by management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to work with senior leaders to provide status updates and report details at correct level and deliver on requirements
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required to support change activities.
  • Minimum 5 years Project/Program management experience
  • Working knowledge of ITSM and Remedy Ticketing System is required
  • Leadership skills during technical troubleshooting triages, previous experience leading a team is required
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management theory and team dynamics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow an existing refined process, while also seeking continual improvements
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills

Desired Skills:

  • PMP or ITIL Certification preferred
  • Over 7 years Project/Program management experience, experience managing projects/programs within the Cybersecurity space strongly preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred
