Technology Delivery Lead

Job Description:

The CAO Technology team is looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead.  This Delivery Lead role is within Enterprise Services under the CAO Technology team supporting business front line units in postal strategy, logistics, corporate aviation, food services, meeting & events, travel, paper & warehouse, and language services. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery across multiple teams to deliver large programs or multiple smaller projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, ensuring that execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

  • Operating as a liaison, ensuring consistent communication between IT and line-of-business management.

  • Planning and executing production deployments, ensuring appropriate staffing, and managing end to end production change control process from change identification through certification.

  • Responsible for technology design & strategy for the portfolio of business units including the design of applications and services, typically initiative funded, to include translating business priorities into technology estimates, management of business requirements, application and service design, and the management of architecture patterns and standards, as well as the evaluation of emerging technologies to determine applicability to Bank of America technology solutions.

  • Leading the building and delivery of technology within the space, including the development and management of applications, infrastructure platforms, and services, associated testing, and deployment to production, as well as application security, records management, and resiliency.

  • Managing the security of applications and infrastructure components through routine security scans and testing, to include determining the proper plan for remediation of any vulnerabilities discovered or requests for exceptions and any necessary negotiations and dispositioning of third-party vendors related to security vulnerabilities.

  • Understanding of information security principles and processes including Third Party Information Security assessments, Manual Ethical Hacking (MEH) penetration testing processes, and Cloud Governance/Multi-Tenant environment assessments, with the ability to manage multiple assessments effectively and efficiently to the completion of remediation.

  • Possess the ability to transform business requirements into functional/actionable technology requirements.

  • Proficient in computer/software skills – WebEx/Skype, Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Outlook, with strong MS Project and SharePoint skills.

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Desired Skills:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.

  • Background in global information security and IS process management
