LMO Technology Delivery Lead

Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead within Local Market Organization. This role is responsible for ensuring completion of project activities for the a number of enterprise programs including local markets and enterprise services. Key activities include management the work breakdown structure, action items, status routines, and timelines in a proactive effort to help drive the effective execution of a large, very visible initiative. Ensuring delivery by key internal teams including but not limited to development, testing, hardware and information security. Role also includes management of external Vendors for deliverables and related Information Security requirements. Due to the complexities of the work and the number of stakeholders involved, early identification and remediation of risks and issues are critical to success in this position.  The ability to work with senior leadership for any roadblocks is essential.  In this role the project manage will be responsible for all financial, and PMO deliverables within the PPRT Tool.  In addition PTS/PTB and coordination between multiple service technology teams to ensure compliance with the MRA2 deliverables. 

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 years project/technology delivery management experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Able to deliver well-organized documentation on time, that keeps group on top of agenda, action items, effectively pushing initiative forward, etc.

  • Strong business partnering skills with individuals across the organization in a matrixed environment, desire to lead in a fast-paced workplace

  • Works independently, detail oriented, capable of working in a strategic environment and managing to deadlines, drives for results

  • Work cross functionally and build positive relationships to ensure programs are executed

  • Ability to transform business requirements into functional/actionable technology requirements.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, some as lead, and others just for project management deliverables.

  • Proficient computer/software skills – WebEx/Skype, Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong MS Project and SharePoint skills

Desired Skills:

  • At least 2 years of Bank of America experience as a Change Manager or Project Manager

  • Ability to transform abstract concepts and objectives into actionable plans

  • Understanding of relationship
