Business Support Lead

Job Description:

The Business Support Lead role is responsible for assisting the International Division in the supervision of the International Conduct of Business Memos, Global Client strategy, MLWM Compliance and other applicable Enterprise policies.

The individual has the primary responsibility for reviewing and approving requests in the International Travel Approval System (TAS) with a focus on adherence to policies including:

  • IFA/IWA accreditation status
  • Jurisdiction of travel and jurisdictional assessment by the traveler
  • Proposed activity while travelling and compliance with the International Conduct of Business Memo(s) guidance on permitted activities
  • Length of stay and compliance with the USWM International Travel policy

They will be the central point of contact for the maintenance and development of the Travel Approval System.

  • Create user profiles in TAS
  • Manage TAS approver market hierarchy movement (Office Management changes)
  • Coordinate with TAS Technology Administrators (India or London) to resolve TAS system outages, application and system errors
  • Provide guidance and provide support for inquiries relating to TAS system: access, process, workflow and work status
  • Coordinate reconciliation of travel data with Corporate Travel Services and Global Business Travel (GBT)

The Business Support Lead monitors, manages and generates Travel Summary and Exception reports. As a member of the International Division supervision team; they will be also be involved in metrics reporting and participate in oversight responsibilities for the Global Client Strategy, International Division and NRC Satellite locations.

Qualifications

  • Branch office background preferred
  • Well organized with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory requirements, corporate policies and procedures, and exposure to international (NRC) business preferred.
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Must have good work ethic and positive attitude
  • Series 7 preferred
