Administrative Assistant, Risk & Finance Technology

Your background

  • Extensive experience required for providing support at a senior level
  • Proactive style and ability to prioritize and manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Capable of working efficiently in a pressure environment with strong communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • Information gathering and monitoring skills
  • Experience with data management
  • Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns
  • Has a flexible, adaptable ‘can do’ attitude

What you will do

  • Provide secretarial support to APAC Risk and Finance Technology (“RFT”) Lead
  • Manage manager’s calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/calls/appointments
  • Prepare expense reports and make travel arrangements
  • Offload most of the administrative duties from manager

  • Provide administrative support to the APAC RFT team
  • Provide administrative related support & guidance to the team
  • Keep the team/business running smoothly and organized
  • Maintain records of staff numbers, org charts, office space, team holiday / travel schedule, anniversaries / recognition / achievements etc. & provide updates as necessary
  • Arrange all the onboarding and off-boarding logistics for new joiners/leavers
  • Schedule / coordinate calendars for team meetings & all-hands
  • Deliver ad-hoc requests and responsibilities
