Job Description
Responsible for the day to day operations of a team of auto lending sales associates. Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates work flow and sales performance. Coordinate work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. Will monitor performance of sales associates according to established monitoring standards. May approve special price concessions, quotes, bids allowances or adjustments for auto. Involved in hiring decisions and conducts performance reviews. Recognizes and recommends operational improvements. Champions Bank of America Spirit and consultative sales culture. Enthusiastically supports sales and Customer Care strategies. Fosters internal business partner relationships. Typically requires 3-5 years experience.
