Treasury Data Management eDIM Ticket Management Analyst

Job Description:

Treasury Data Management (TDM) is responsible for ensuring data is timely, accurate and complete with respect to Bank of America’s Treasury Function’s needs and use cases. This role will be responsible for eDIM (Enterprise Data Issue Management) ticket management within the TDM Governance Team within a larger data environment. TDM Governance function is responsible for execution of enterprise Policy and Regulatory Adherence and Monitoring, and Domain Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be detail oriented, delivering high quality eDIM ticket information through the eDIM tool, ensuring compliance with TDM and Enterprise guidelines

  • Be the eDIM ticket quality expert on your portfolio of eDIM tickets by partnering with TDM Product teams to support

    • Management of eDIM ticket population from creation to closure in the eDIM tool

    • Identification of the correct remediator data domain and tech teams

    • Determination of remediation plan with milestone dates

    • Prioritization of eDIM ticket remediation

    • Remediation of the eDIM ticket

  • Identify, own and escalate issues as needed

  • Drive Operational Excellence by consistently striving to achieve responsible growth. Identify and implement potential areas for process improvement

  • Adhere to Enterprise Data Management Standards and Policies

  • Be adaptable with the ability to manage changing priorities

Required Skills

  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing requirements

  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work in a flexible environment

  • Ability to think and act independently, detailed oriented and organized

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across a matrixed organization

  • Time management and ability to meet SLAs and deadlines
