Sr Data Technology Analyst

We are seeking a business-centric leader with demonstrated record of success linking data and analytics to business processes and outcomes. Known for helping companies unlock the value of data by building modern data platforms to integrate, unify, secure, govern and make data consumable for digital transformation, AI initiatives, process automation, data scientists, BI, and analytics.

You will be a strategic partner to our data community, command center, data quality executives, business continuity teams, and enterprise data management team members, constantly collaborating and leading teams to understand the impact of an incident on data by building a sustainable, scalable, and preventative environment for data incident management and monitoring. Key to success will be bringing the right people together, at the right time, to facilitate dialogue that will drive progress and innovation.

Joining this high delivery team dedicated to a 1+ year program focused on cutting edge technologies and solutions in a complex, technical, and business oriented environment, will test abilities to work under pressure to deliver – including working collaboratively with 10+ business owners, 20+ stakeholders, and 200 team members globally. The primary objective for this role will be drive critical service adoption of the Data Operations Console.

This works aligns directly to Resiliency, Never Down, and has Operational Excellence opportunities for how we think about resiliency as an Enterprise.

Job includes executing day-to-day routine tasks elated to management, analysis, reporting, escalation, and facilitation of subject specific meetings, including but not limited to: application management, recovery and backups, preventative issue identification, models, and algorithms. Position will work collaboratively as part of the Change & Execution Program Management team and Operations Management Console application and help design stakeholder management and executive level communications.

This position is a member of the Data Control Measurement and Monitoring team and the Individual will be responsible for multiple, simultaneous efforts; utilizing analytical and technical skills to execute assigned responsibilities.

  • Experience defining metrics and materials for executive reporting
  • Ability to create meaningful insights from data through business analytics
  • Risk mindset with exposure to audit, operational risk and compliance
  • Ability to work in a very detailed manner as well as to look broadly to develop connections and themes identifying risk and concerns
  • Excellent oral/written communication with the ability to exercise influence
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver, operates with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail  Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Project Management skills and the ability to deliver multiple efforts concurrently

Supports data domain adherence to EDM Standards, including implementation and monitoring of all required transport controls and maintenance of all required metadata. Assists in remediation of data incidents.
