Delivery Lead - Technology

Job Description:

The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change of a high complexity technology based across project potentially spanning multiple departments within a single business unit. As many of our technology partners have adopted an Agile Methodology, the Delivery Lead will need to facilitate project execution through Agile methodology and activities. The Delivery Lead manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team. Additionally, the PM is responsible to the governance and financials of a project.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Technology Project Management experience
  • Ability to build, manage and enforce processes
  • Strong ability to prioritize and drive results
  • Energetic, motivated, self-starter, capacity to adapt to frequent changes
  • Experience working on multiple projects/efforts simultaneously
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC Methodologies
  • Polished MS Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills
  • Removes impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team
  • Timeline and Budget/Expenses; Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Facilitate business and technology project routines to support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues, risks and TARs. This facilitation is expected to leverage core BAC program/project management tools, including SharePoint, GPP/PPRT, Discovery, PCM, etc…
  • Analytical experience – ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance
  • Ability to work with multiple business partners from around the bank, ensuring gaps and dependencies are identified, documented, communicated and coordinated between multiple work efforts
  • Responsible for weekly executive level reporting outlining project timelines, risks, issues, financials
