Operations Project Consultant

Job Description:

The Document and Workflow Operations (DWO) - Disclosures & Notices (D&N) team manages disclosure content for prospect marketing, new & existing Clients in print, verbal, and digital channels. D&N partners with front line units and support areas to align strategic priorities and develop solutions to create, publish, and govern content change management needs. D&N delivers for Consumer & Small Business Card, Deposits, Merrill, Private Bank, ECIS, Large Commercial, and other product & servicing organizations.  D&N is seeking a motivated individual to manage content change related to Disclosures for Consumer and Small Business Deposits.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with DWO, Deposit Product, and other key stakeholders to gain a full understanding of disclosure impacts, manage project deliverables, and deliver change management routines ensuring consistent client experience of DWO tools and capabilities

  • Participate with intake/design, develop, test, and deploy activities, including digitization, and monitoring of content change

  • Coordinate tasks across multiple teams, and apply critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to drive change

  • Maintain processes to adhere to laws, rules and regulations

  • Administer defined procedures, production metrics and reporting, as well as exception processing, where applicable

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of strategy development, change management, or related experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with process improvement and product management

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities

  • Ability to multi-task, work with short deadlines and perform well under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit input from others

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Card, Deposits or Wealth Management Product organizations

  • Distinguished listening, verbal and written skills with keen attention to detail

  • Proven history of applying creativity & logic to solve problems and think strategically

  • Issue management and ability to identify, diagnose, escalate, and resolve production issues in collaboration with technology, strategy and other partners

  • Operational process or workflow design experience

  • Senior leader/executive level presentation experience

  • Effective simultaneous oversight and management of multiple large scale projects/tasks

  • Working knowledge of DWO tools and process knowledge including Messagepoint, HP Exstream, Agile Methodology, Jira, ALM, Adobe Pro

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Enterprise Role Overview:

  • Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area.
